I've lived both sides. High performance where systems and culture worked together, and burnout where they didn't. Most companies think you have to choose between growth and people. RevMate exists to prove they're wrong.

The RevMate philosophy
The RevMate philosophy
You don't build great teams by pushing harder and harder.
Most companies think you have to choose between growth and culture, between hitting the number or keeping your people, between pushing harder or falling behind.
They're wrong. And that's where RevMate comes from, the understanding that sustainable growth happens when systems give people clarity and culture gives them commitment. Not one, then the other but together.
Systems without culture burn people out. Culture without systems creates chaos. But when you build both together, something compounds.

Let me tell you my story
Let me tell you my story
I wasn't supposed to end up here

I grew up in The Netherlands with parents from Israel and Nigeria, in a tough neighbourhood, with dyslexia and ADD.
I made some dumb decisions as a kid, the kind that could've sent me down a very different path.
But I learned something early: you can stay stuck, or you can adjust.
So I adjusted, hard.
I poured everything into sports: kick-boxing and bobsledding, making to the pros and the Olympic team.
Not because I was naturally gifted (maybe a little), but because I learned early what made great teams succeed:

The best teams always have both a system and the culture that bonds them.
Just like you do in sports, you need the playbook and the people who'll push you past what you thought was possible. Structure and soul, working together.
I re-educated myself and took that mindset into tech sales, joining Gartner, then Zscaler. I became a top performer.
For a while, I loved it and I was good at it - it felt right.

But then it didn't.
The toxic culture, the endless targets, the glorification of "hustle harder" while people burned out around me.
I felt it too, I couldn't sleep, constantly irritated, falling out of love with something I used to love: selling, scaling and performing at the highest level.
So I did what I always do: I reflected.
When did I actually perform at my best?
Whether it was sports, sales, or in life, it was always the same answer:
When I loved what I was doing, when I trusted the people around me and when there was structure and soul.

Are you built for RevMate?
Not every founder is ready for this
RevMate isn't for founders chasing quick wins or looking for a playbook to implement next quarter. This is for founders building toward $20M+ ARR, not just the next funding round.
The wrong approach
You want a quick fix or generic playbook
You're chasing growth at all costs and don't care about burnout
You want to hear what sounds good, not what's true
You just want to hit a number and move on
The sustainable approach (with RevMate)
You're a SaaS founder scaling revenue without a sales background
You want to build systems AND culture, not choose between them
You're ready to be challenged and do the work
Rep churn hits 40%+ because there's no structure or clear path to success
You care about keeping your best people while hitting targets
